Chotu Learner is developed by GloryDevTech. This app is designed for children and complies with Google Play's Families Policy Requirements and the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Chotu Learner does not require account creation, login, or sign-in. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, or any personally identifiable information directly from users.

On-device data

All app content, learning progress, and settings are stored locally on the child's device only. This information is never transmitted to us or to any server, and is deleted automatically if the app is uninstalled.

Data collected by our advertising partner

The only data leaving the device is collected by our advertising SDK (Google AdMob) in order to serve ads, as described in Section 2 below. We do not use this information to identify individual children and do not sell any data.

2. Advertising

Chotu Learner displays ads served through Google AdMob. Because this app is directed at children:

Ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment (TFCD) as required by Google Play Families Policy.
Only non-personalized ads are served — no behavioral or interest-based ad targeting is used for children.
We only use ad networks certified as compliant with Google Play's Families ad program.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Chotu Learner is intended for use by children. In compliance with COPPA, we:

Do not permit third-party analytics or ad SDKs that are not certified for child-directed use

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information processed by the app from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
